Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Master Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of all vehicle systems and be adept in utilizing the KIA and Hyundai diagnostic systems, along with the various testing equipment commonly required by these manufacturers. This role requires a high level of expertise in performing significant overhauling tasks related to engines, transmissions, differentials, suspensions, steering, brakes, and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues using KIA and Hyundai diagnostic tools.
• Perform major overhauls, including but not limited to engines, transmissions, differentials, and electrical systems.
• Execute thorough inspections and maintenance services on a variety of automotive systems to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Collaborate with other technicians and staff to maintain high-quality standards and improve service efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques specific to KIA and Hyundai vehicles.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the automotive industry is essential.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience working with KIA or Hyundai automobile distributors/dealers as a Certified Master Technician.
• Must present valid training certificates awarded by KIA Corporation. and provide proof of Master Technician Certification.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
