Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. If you have a passion for retail, product presentation, and ensuring shelves are always fully stocked and visually appealing, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of products in stores according to company standards
- Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Implement promotions, pricing, and point-of-sale materials effectively
- Conduct regular store visits as per assigned routes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of product displays
- Build strong relationships with store personnel
- Report on stock levels, competitor activity, and market feedback

Job Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in merchandising or retail (FMCG experience is an advantage)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Physically fit (standing, lifting, and arranging products)
