Responsible to: Human Resource Budget Management Officer

Job Description
Job Summary:
To provide administrative support and ensuring a smooth operation in a dynamic office environment.
Duties And Responibilities:
- Typing and filing of correspondence;
- Receiving and advising telephone and personal callers, interviewing on the matter of their business, conveying answers where applicable and relaying messages;
- Receiving visitors and referring them to appropriate officers;
- Making photocopies whenever required;
- Assist the Public Prosecutors with administrative duties;
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing mails and keeping records of movements of files;
- Perform any other duties as may be required.
Benefits
Salary Point: B1 – B2
Job Requirement
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma in Office Management or business administration; or
- Certificate in office management/general management plus 2 years work experience; or
- Certificate in secretarial studies plus 2 years work experience; or
- IGCSE in English plus 4 years work experience.
