Office Assistant
Job Description
Summary of Duties
The Office Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support within the Division, ensuring efficient office operations. The role involves handling correspondence, managing records, assisting with reports and documentation, and providing general administrative assistance to staff and visitors.
Benefits
Salary Band 1-2 plus SOS Allowances
Salary will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and in accordance with the Scheme of Service.
Job Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
- Certificate in Office/General Management plus 2 years relevant working experience
