Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and friendly Office Management & Customer Service Assistant to support the operations at our charter base.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Serve as customers’ first point of contact, providing exceptional service and assistance.
  • Support office management tasks, including scanning, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Manage cash handling and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and ensure smooth communication between the team and clients.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and documents in Excel, Word, and other essential systems.

Job Requirements

  1. Excellent communication skills and professional behaviour.
  2. Fluency in English (mandatory).
  3. Proficiency in French is a valuable bonus but not required.
  4. Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant tools.
  5. Quick thinking and strong analytical abilities to assess and resolve situations.
  6. Reliable, well-organized, and a team player with a friendly attitude.
