We are hiring a Parking Attendant to provide clear and helpful guidance to visitors, clients, and tenants on where to park at our building. This position ensures that all guests have a positive arrival experience, that parking areas are utilized effectively, and that traffic flow is well-managed within the facility. The ideal candidate should be friendly, organized, and attentive to detail.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and tenants upon arrival, directing them to designated parking spots based on availability and visitor type.
- Monitor parking spaces to ensure they are being used as intended, prevent unauthorized parking, and manage reserved areas as needed.
- Respond to questions about parking and building access in a polite and helpful manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Report any maintenance issues, unauthorized vehicles, or safety concerns within the parking area to the management team.
- Assist in ensuring smooth traffic flow, particularly during peak times, and help maintain a safe environment for pedestrians and drivers.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
- Experience in customer service or facility operations is a plus.
- Good communication skills to provide clear directions and handle queries.
