Job Description
Job Summary
Develop the maids so they can deliver continual good service and monitor their day-to-day work and suggest improvements where/when possible.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean daily the company offices and toilets as allocated.
- Ensure that signing off on the toilet cleaning schedules is actioned as directed.
- Prepare tea/coffee/other beverages for members of staff during working hours and when required for meetings.
- Empty office and kitchen garbage on a daily basis.
- Clean and defrost kitchen fridge/freezers on a regular basis.
- Clean the kitchen cupboards thoroughly once a month.
- Clean as directed, each time empty, the water bottles given to the Senior Management staff.
- Assist when required, with cleaning duties and the preparation of tea for the staff at Vines Building.
- Clean the airport, jetty ad workshop premises as and when required.
- Help, where/when required, with reasonable carriage from Stores.
- Help with office/end of year party Christmas decorations.
- Any other duties as delegated.
Reports to: Human Resources Manager

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- At least School Leaving Standard of Education.
- Must be able to read, write and understand English to a fair degree.
Experience
- Some experience doing similar work would be preferred although not strictly necessary.
- Some experience in the use of coffee machines and the making of various types of coffee would be very advantageous.
Other Skills and requirements
- Healthy individual without recurring ailments needing constant sick leave.
- Energetic, self-motivated, plenty of initiative and very well organized.
- Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
- Must be able to handle difficult staff and must work well under pressure.
- Must be able to understand and handle constructive criticism.
- Must have clean and healthy habits
