Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibility:

To lead and manage architectural projects of varying complexity, ensuring adherence to design principles, industry standards, and client requirements.  The Principal Architect will oversee the design process from conception to completion, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional architectural solutions.

Job Requirement

Qualification/Requirements for the post:

1. Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field plus two years of work experience; or
2. Degree in Architecture or a related field plus four years of relevant experience in architectural practice; or
3. Three years of post-qualifying experience as a Senior Architect plus a Diploma in Management.
4. Professional registration as an architect (desirable).
5. Proven track record of successful project delivery.
6. Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence and technical expertise.
