Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in food preparation and cooking;
- Must be literate to ensure adherence to planned menus and food preparation guidelines;
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff regarding production and service requirements;
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
- Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Food Production or a related field.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in a disciplined and structured environment;
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team;
- High level of reliability and integrity;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
