Scope of work
Perform administrative and secretarial duties with wide latitude for exercising discretion and judgment to the Chief Executive Officer while serving as a personal assistant. Coordinate the CEO’s office setting with occasional pressure due to multiple calls, enquiries and deadlines.
Depending on qualification and experience plus Scheme of Service allowances
Minimum Post Requirements
Certificate in Secretarial Studies or Certificate in Office Management/General Management; Diploma in Office Management and Administration or Diploma in Secretarial Studies; Advance Diploma in Office Management and Administration plus a minimum of three years’ satisfactory work experience as a Senior Office Assistant.
