INVITATION TO TENDER

The Seychelles Land Transport Agency (“SLTA”) is inviting all locally registered and licensed bidders to participate in the tender for the Procurement for 2000 meters of crash barrier.

Source of finance: Seychelles Land Transport Agency

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms.

1. The tender is opened to all locally registered and licensed suppliers;
2. A valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 from the Seychelles Revenue Commission;
3. A Copy of Valid Business Registration

Period of Delivery: Three (3) months after the award of Contract.

Access to Tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained at the Seychelles Land Transport Agency, Account section at Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor, Block B, Ile Du Port, Zone 14 as of Monday 23^rd September 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 12.00 a.m. and 1.00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of SR 300.00 each

The closing date for requesting the Tender Dossier shall be to Friday 27^th September 2024 at 3.00 p.m. Any queries, remarks and/or suggestions shall be sent by email to the SLTA Procurement Unit before Tuesday 08^th October, 2024.

Pre-Bid Meeting: Bidder is welcome to attend a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled for Monday 30^th September, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the SLTA’s Training Room, Dream Gate Complex, 1st Floor Block B, Ile Du Port.

Submission of Tender Dossier:

Tenders must be submitted to the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat by accessing the portal https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/slta-procurement-for-2000-metres-crash-barrier which can be found on the NTB’s website not later than, 11:00 a.m. Seychelles Time on Tuesday 15^th October, 2024.  The Bidders are requested to clearly state the Project title “Procurement for 2000 meters’ crash Barrier” in the email subject.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 11:00A.M on Tuesday 15^th October, 2024 at the National Tender Board Secretariat, Third Floor, Care House, Victoria. ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
