INVITATION TO TENDER
TENDER FOR BUS SERVICES FOR THE TRANSPORTATION OF SEYCHELLES METEOROLOGICAL AUTHORITY STAFF ON DAY DUTY AND NIGHT DUTY.
The Seychelles Meteorological Authority is seeking the services from competent Transportation Service Provider with a valid license to provide Bus Services for transportation of Seychelles Meteorological Authority staff on day duty and night duty.
The Tender has been divided into two lots.
Scope of Service
The Scope shall entail the following:
- Required a range 15 Seater Bus.
- Provision of Bus services include driver for transportation staff to and from the designated destination.
- The duration of the contract is 12 calendar months
Condition:
- Should be private & locally registered licensed service provider.
- Drivers must have 5 years driving experience with class 5 license.
- All pricing should be in the local currency (Seychelles Rupees).
- Vehicles to be used should be in very good condition and Should have insurance cover either Comprehensive or Third Party, and in both cases with full passenger insurance liability.
Bidders may inspect the bidding document before purchasing.
Interested bidders are informed that bidding document can be obtained from the Seychelles Meteorological Authority’s office at Pointe Larue from Tuesday 23rd April 2024 up to Monday 29th April 2024 10.00am to 3.00pm upon a non-refundable fee of SR.150.00. No bidding document shall be made available past this deadline period.
Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting scheduled for Tuesday 30th April 2024 at 9.00am at the Seychelles Meteorological Authority, Pointe Larue. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the pre-bid meeting. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during evaluation process.
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF BUS SERVICES FOR TRANSPORTATION OF METEO STAFF” and deposited at the National Tender Board, Maison de Mahe, Victoria, Republic of Seychelles before 11:00am Seychelles Time on Wednesday 15th May 2024.
Bids will be opened immediately after closing on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 11:00AM at the National Tender Board. Bidders or its representatives are welcome to attend the tender opening Session.
LATE BIDS WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
