Expression of Interest
The Housing Finance Company Limited (HFC) is inviting suitably qualified Law Firms to provide General Civil On-Call Services on its behalf.
The Expression of Interest (EoI) is expected to lead to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the above-mentioned Services from listed applicants.
The Expression of Interest (EoI) Document containing:
- Background & Objective of the consultancy
- Terms of Reference
- Instruction to the Consultants
- Qualification criteria
- Evaluation Criteria
Can be collected/obtained from the address below as from Monday 1st July 2024 to Friday 5th July 2024, between 9:00am to 3:00pm.

It is compulsory for all interested applicants to collect the EoI Document before submitting any responses to this EoI.
The eligible candidates must submit their responses in a sealed envelope marked “Consultancy Services for General Civil On-Call Services” to the above-mentioned address no later than 3:00 pm (Seychelles Time) on Friday 12th July 2024.
No responses will be accepted after the deadline.
Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted.
Bid document will be subsequently issued to the shortlisted applicants only.
