INVITATION TO TENDER

The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority invites tenders to bid for the Procurement of Eight (8) Vehicles divided into three (3) lots.

• Lot 1 – Two (2) SUV Vehicles, Automatic Transmission
• Lot 2 – Two (3) Minibus Manual Transmission
• Lot 3 –
  • Two (2) Twin Cab Manual Transmission and
  • One (1) Tipper truck Manual Transmission

Project Title: Procurement of Eight (8) Vehicles

Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Valid licensed Motor Vehicle dealers operating in Seychelles.

Period of Delivery: Within six (6) months from the date of confirmation of award

Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority at the Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as of Thursday 18^th April to Wednesday 24^th April 2024 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs.  

Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is   Wednesday 24^th April 2024

No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.

Submission of Tenders:

TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT BY ACCESSING THE PORTAL https://www.ntb.sc/tenders/procurement-of-eight-8-vehicles-divided-into-three-3-lots WHICH CAN BE FOUND ON THE NTB’s WEBSITE NOT LATER THAN 11.00AM ON WEDNESDAY 08^TH MAY 2024. THE BIDDER ARE REQUESTED TO CLEARLY STATE THE PROJECT TITLE “PROCUREMENT OF EIGHTS (8) VEHICLES FOR SCAA” IN THE EMAIL SUBJECT.TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 11.00AM   ON WEDNESDAY 08^TH MAY 2024 AT NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1^ST FLOOR MAISON DE MAHE.

BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE (S) ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
