INVITATION TO TENDER
The Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) is inviting bids from a suitable experience and qualified international registered manufacturer or integrator for the “Procurement of Instrument Landing System (ILS) Equipment for the Seychelles International Airport”.
Scope of Service: Replacement of the current ILS to provide high availability and reliable Navigational Aids (NAVAIDS), to be in conformance with international standards and recommended practices relating to aerodrome operation at the Seychelles International Airport (SIA).
Eligibility: Suitable and qualified International registered manufacturer or integrator that can provide a turnkey project for the provision of an Instrument Landing System (ILS) equipment and enhanced monitoring.
Period of Delivery: One and a Half (1½) year maximum
Access to Tender Dossier: Interested bidders are informed that tender dossiers can be purchased at the Procurement Unit, Seychelles Civil Aviation Authority, Seychelles International Airport, Pointe Larue, Mahe as of Wednesday 25th September 2024 from 0900hrs to 1500hrs at a non-refundable fee of EURO 90.00 OR USD 100.00 OR GBP 80.00.
Closing Date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Thursday 10th October 2024 at 1500hrs. NO TENDER DOSSIER WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER CLOSING DATE.
The Bank Account Number will be provided upon request and the tender dossier will be provided upon deposit of the fees.
Compulsory Site Visit & Pre-Bid Meeting: There shall be a compulsory site visit(s) between Tuesday 22nd October 2024 to Friday 25th October 2024 (Day 1 to Day 4) with outcomes and clarifications capture in Minutes of Meeting.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
Tenders must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF INSTRUMENT LANDING SYSTEM (ILS) EQUIPMENT FOR THE SEYCHELLES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB) Secretariat, 1st Floor, Maison de Mahe, Victoria NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS ON MONDAY 25TH NOVEMBER 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 1000HRS at the venue mentioned above. Bidders or their representatives are welcome to attend.
