Source of Finance: The Public Utilities Corporation (PUC)
Project Title: Procurement of Safety Shoes
Eligibility: All Local and International manufacturers / suppliers
Subject: Bids are invited for the Procurement of Safety Shoes for the Public Utilities Corporation (PUC) staff.
The quality of shoes should be one that;
(i) Is adaptable to the Seychelles climate and conditions
(ii) Can be used by the PUC staffs working within the Power Plant, Electricity, Sewerage and Water Division.
(iii) Must comply to EN ISO 20345 standard and Must be S3 Classification
Collection of Tender:
Tender dossier can be obtained via email ID firstname.lastname@example.org cc email@example.com firstname.lastname@example.org or hard copy from the PUC’s Procurement Office, Maison de Malavois, Bois de Rose Avenue for a non-refundable fee of SCR200.00 as from Monday 15th January 2024 to Friday 26th January 2024 from 08:00hrs to 12.00hrs and 13.00hrs to 15:00hrs (Seychelles time).
No bidding documents shall be made available past this deadline period.
Submission of Tender:
Tenders must be addressed to the “Chief Executive Officer, National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé” and submitted in a sealed envelope marked “PROCUREMENT OF SAFETY SHOES” and deposited in the tender box located at the National Tender Board (NTB), Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
Closing date for tender: The closing date for the tender is Tuesday 05th March 2024 at 11:00hrs.
Opening of Tender: Tenders will be opened immediately after closing date and time: Tuesday 05th March 2024 at 11:00hrs at the National Tender Board, First Floor, Maison de Mahé, Victoria, Mahé.
Bidders or their representative are welcome to attend the opening.
