The Seychelles Ports Authority invites tenders for Provision of Security Services on SPA Facilities. The aim of the tender is to secure the SPA’s facilities on a higher level.

Eligibility: This Invitation for Bids is open to all locally registered and licensed Security Firms
Period of Delivery: Two (2) Years Contract
Access to tender Dossier: The Tender Dossier can be obtained from the Procurement Section Office, Seychelles Ports Authority, Mahe Quay, New Port as from 9.00am to 3.00pm or via email lmatombe@seyport.sc copy cmoncherry@seyport.sc Monday 06 March 2023 to Friday 10 March 2023.
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license upon collection of the tender dossier and shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
Bidders are welcome to attend a mandatory pre-tender meeting and site visit scheduled as below;

Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified during the Evaluation Stages.
Submission of Tenders:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “PROCUREMENT OF SERVICE: SECURITY SERVICE FOR SPA FACILITIES”, ADDRESSED TO THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARIAT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA NOT LATER THAN 1000HRS (SEYCHELLES TIME) ON TUESDAY 04 APRIL 2023. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVE ARE WELCOMED TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING.
ANY BIDS RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
