EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority (SPGA) seeks the services of a licensed business to operate the beach bar located at Baie Laraie, Curieuse.
The service provider is required to outline in detail how it intends to meet the requirements of the Expression of Interest. This should include a comprehensive bid; providing a description of the essential performance characteristics, reporting conditions and quality assurance mechanisms that will be implemented, while demonstrating that the proposed methodology will be appropriate to the local conditions and context of the services to be delivered.
The Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority will require the service on a daily basis Monday to Sunday.
The operator is expected to uphold cleanliness of the premises and its immediate surroundings and shall abide to the rules and regulations of the Curieuse Marine National Park.
Interested Individuals should submit the following documents as listed below:
- Detailed bidder profile
- Proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar services.
- Copies of registration certificate and business licenses.
- CV of key staff to be on the job;
Together with a signed and sealed proposal clearly marked; Proposal for the Operation of the Beach Bar, Baie Laraie Curieuse and delivered to the Seychelles Parks and Gardens Authority either at the Fond Boffay Office, Praslin or at the SPGA Main Office, Azores Building, Ile du Port not later than Monday 19th January 2026 3.00pm (Seychelles Time).
Any proposals received after the deadline will be returned unopened to the bidder and will not be accepted.
Additionally, a MANDATORY pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday 14th January 2026 at 10.00am at Baie Laraie , Curieuse. Bidders who do not attend the pre-bid meeting will be disqualified during the evaluation stages.
Applications by bidders based on the inner islands of Praslin or La Digue are encouraged.
