PROCUREMENT OF THE SERVICES OF A SNACK SHOP OPERATOR

The Seychelles Public Transport Corporation seeks the services of a licensed and registered Canteen/Tuck shop Operator to provide Catering Services at its (Main) Snack Shop outlet situated at the Victoria Bus Terminal

Condition

The interested bidders will be required to address the following criteria in writing and must include all information requested within this document to be considered, including:

  • The full details (name, address and contact details) of all parties involved in the operating and managingthe Tuck shop.
  • The Proposal should give detailed information on the type of services to be offered including beverages and snacks.
  • Proposed pricing structure (snack, soft drinks, tea & coffee, etc.);
  • Names and contact details of two references, one financial and one the most recent employer/leaseholder.
  • Provide Details of the proposed business operation, including opening days, hours and staffing Structures
  • Proposal for waste disposal and cleaning requirements;
  • Provide Details of bidder profile
  • Provide Proof of verifiable previous experiences of similar services (If applicable)
  • Copies of registration certificate and business licenses
  • A copy of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate for the financial year 2024.

Interested bidders must be responsible for the entire control of the snack shop and shall ensure a high level of hygiene as well as abide and respect the condition and procedure for such operation within the Victoria Bus Terminal.

The Terms of Reference (TOR) can be collected at the SPTC Head Office Bus terminal, Victoria, Mahe (Reception Desk, as from Tuesday 10 th December, 2024 at 9.00am -3.00pm. Deadline for the collection of TOR will be Friday 13 th December, 2024 at 3.00pm. It is compulsory for all interested bidders to collect the detailed TOR before submitting any response to this Invitation to tender.

Interesting Individual/ Companies are welcome to attend a mandatory site visit and meeting on Monday 16 th December 2024 at 10:00 am at the Victoria Bus Terminal Office. Please note that it is mandatory for all interested bidders to attend the meeting and site visit. Bidders failing to attend will be disqualified.

The eligible individual/Companies must submit their response in a sealed envelope marked “Provision of services for Tuck shop Operation’’ and addressed to the Procurement Manager, SPTC, Victoria, Mahe.

The Deadline for submission of response is Monday 23 rd of December 2024 at 10.30am and no response will be accepted after the set deadline.
