Job Description
Summary of Duties
To carry out purchasing requisitions and its related duties according to the Public Procurement Act, 2008 and the SFA’s Procurement Policy. Furthermore, to also ensure the achievement of the procurement requirements in a fair and just manner that promotes transparency and encourage competitive rates for services, goods or civil works so as to maximize value for money.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate in Public Procurement plus 2 years working experience as Procurement Officer
- Certificate in Public Procurement plus 5 years working experience in relevant field or accounting.
- ACCA level 1(part or completed) and/ or AAT level 1 and 2, plus 3 years in relevant field or accounting or
- Diploma in Business Studies or ‘A’ levels in mathematics, business studies, accounting or any other relevant business studies subject plus 5 years working experience in relevant field or accounting.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work without supervision and under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Good analytical and negotiating skills
- Possess a driving license class 2
