Job Description
Job Purpose:
Responsible for coordinating and implementing trainings and programmes in the Prevention & Education Department.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Prepare and implement evidence based programmes across different settings
- Conduct and chair meetings with relevant partners
- Develop, conduct and/ or coordinate needs assessment surveys in line with substance abuse
- Develop ‘monitoring & evaluation tools’ to assess the quality and effectiveness of the programme
- Develop and present programmes such as training workshops, conference, schools/community presentations
- Prepare and distribute educational materials, visual leaflets/pamphlets, bookmarks and posters
- Update the quarterly reports/indicators
- Undertake minutes meeting
- Maintain appropriate records and documentation
- Coordinate media programmes and platforms

Job Requirement
Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Advanced Diploma in relevant field plus two years satisfactory work experience
- Diploma in relevant field plus three years satisfactory work experience
