The Seychelles Infrastructure Agency is seeking to appoint a responsible, driven, energetic, dedicated and hardworking individual for the above position.

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibility:

To provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Project Team to ensure the smooth execution of project activities.

Key responsibilities include managing project documentation and file movement, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings and tender-related processes, attending to stakeholder queries and supporting the team with scheduling, travel arrangements and general office tasks.

Job Requirement

Qualification/Requirements for the post:

  • Diploma in Office Management and Administration or;
  • Certificate in Office Management (TGMI) or;
  • Certificate in General Management with a competency certificate in typing or word processing
  • plus at least two (2) years of relevant work experience.

Required skills and competencies:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working in a project-based or construction-related environment.
  • Knowledge of basic procurement or tender procedures.
