INVITATION TO TENDER
SUBJECT: Provision of Air-conditioning and Refrigeration service for Air Seychelles Ltd
Air Seychelles Ltd is seeking the services of a refrigeration company most suitable for service and maintenance of Aircon and refrigeration system for Air Seychelles Ltd.
Air Seychelles expects the successful bidders to have the following Criterion:
- The company is expected to have 5 years of experience or above
- To Conduct maintenance service for Aircon and Chiller
- To provider service report and Spare part recommendations
- To state the number of equipment and manpower they shall provide for this services for the safe execution of work
- To provide 24/7 support to HM
- To propose a maintenance plan
- Is able to provide a valid Insurance coverage for both employer’s liability and public liability
- Must have a valid business license
- Certification in Refrigeration and Air conditioning
Eligibility:
The invitation to tender is open to any locally registered companies.
Time frame:
Project to start in March 2026, with a contract period of 2 years.

Bids received after the tender submission date and time will not be accepted.
