Eden Island Village Management Association is seeking a dynamic, knowledgeable, and experienced individual to join its Maintenance Team as a Quality Assurance & Policy Manager.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal policies to guide operational activities.
• Monitor and evaluate adherence to policies and quality standards across all departments.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Advise Management on best practices and improvements to enhance service delivery.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on policies, procedures, and quality assurance practices.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience: 

• Proven experience in quality assurance, policy development, or operations management.
• Experience in developing, reviewing, and implementing policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment

Working Hours:

40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
