Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibility:

Conduct quantity surveying tasks of high complexity.  This includes cost analysis and budget estimates, preparation of BoQ and tender documents, tender reports, payment evaluation and certification, contract and final account and negotiation.

Job Requirement

Qualification/Requirements for the post:

1. Candidate with a Master’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field; or
2. Candidate with a Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.

Conversant with AutoCAD, Master series, WinQS and other relevant design software, demonstrate a clear understanding of the practical aspects of quantity surveying practice.

Able to work in a team, effective communication skills, good interpersonal skills, hardworking and ability to work independently, high level of integrity and Professionalism
