Invitation To Tender
The Property Management Corporation invites interested contractors to tender for the following project.
Project Title: Re-Roofing of 6 Units at the Ex-STC Flats – Grand Anse Mahe
ELIGIBILITY:
The following are eligible to tender under equal terms; Building contractor with class Two (2) or Three (3) certificate ONLY, having a valid license registered in the Seychelles.
PERFORMANCE PERIOD: Seven (7) months
SALE OF TENDER DOCUMENTS & CLOSING DATE:
Tender dossier shall be obtained from the Property Management Corporation, Cashier’s Office, Room No. 8 at Ocean gate House as from Monday 15th April 2024 from 9am to 3pm upon payment of a non- refundable fee of SR150.00 each. Deadline for obtaining the dossier shall Friday 19th April 2024 not later than 2.30pm
Potential Bidders shall provide a copy of the valid license and a copy of the Tax Clearance Certificate for the Financial Year 2024 upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential Bidder shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
PRE- BID MEETING/ SITE VISIT: A mandatory site visit & information meeting has been scheduled for Monday 22nd April 2024 at 10.00am. The meeting place shall be at the Grand Anse Mahe playing field.
Failure to attend the Information Meeting and Site Visit will result in disqualification of bidder during the Evaluation Process.
SUBMISSION AND OPENING OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE WITH THE PROJECT TITLE CLEARLY MARKED “RE-ROOFING OF 6 UNITS AT THE EX – STC FLATS – GRAND ANSE MAHE” DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT THE NATIONAL TENDER BOARD (NTB) SECRETARAIT, 1ST FLOOR, MAISON DE MAHE, VICTORIA BEFORE 10.30AM ON MONDAY 6TH MAY 2024. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10.30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID(S) RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER.
