- O level/IGCSE with passes in mathematics and English or STA graduate in Front Office or Tour Guiding
- At least 2 years’ experience in related field
- Basic typing and computer skills
- Good communicator
- Good customer skills
- Pleasant, friendly, helpful and outgoing personality
