Job Description
To take responsibility of the after sales service to maintain in correct order the installation of machinery and refrigeration system of the clients:
Main tasks and responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Trouble-shoot Refrigeration equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on Refrigeration & Air Conditioning equipment for RSS clients.
- Perform the installation and repairs of refrigeration system and other appliances for clients with the support of the Operation Director
- Assists in verification of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning spares purchased/supplied.
- Carryout all duties that are necessary in resolving reactionary activities, and report the need for further maintenance and safety to the Operation Director
- Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Measure, cut, thread, bend and assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings.
- Maintains excellent customer service and the utmost respect for customer and company property
Job Requirements
Profile:
The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:
- An Ordinary Diploma in Refrigeration and Air-conditioning with 5 years’ experience in Heavy Central Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Plant.
- Have good knowledge of electricity, carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills
- Common sense, strong sense of details, focus on efficiency and customer focus
- Mature, energetic and quick-witted
- Ability to work independently and for long hours.
- Computer skills in MS word, excel and AutoCAD.
