The Seychelles Home Care Agency is looking for serious and motivated person to fill the above position.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with interviewing of clients to assess needs and provide the relevant information, explaining procedures and responsibilities.
- Process clients request ensuring that all the relevant information have been provided and make necessary registration of Carers/Recipients.
- Establish case file and produce eligibilities reports
- Provide advice and guidance to Carers/Recipients and explain procedures, rights and responsibilities. Deal with enquiries.
- Process of annual leave.
- Issue payslip or work reference to the Domiciliary care worker
- Liaise with other relevant agencies so as to better assists Recipients/Carers. Undertake home visit to better assess eligibility for Carers.
- Maintain documents and correspondence regarding client status; document case files
- Undertake records management and follow up any outstanding documents.
- Maintain a register/database of care givers and service users
Benefits
Remuneration: B2
Salary package will be based on qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Requirement/Experience
- Certificate in Social Work/Community Studies/Nursing or any social studies related field plus at least six years relevant working experience
- Diploma in Social work/ Nursing or any social studies related fields plus least three years relevant working experience
- Advanced Diploma in Social Work/ Nursing or any social studies related field plus at least one year relevant work experience
