INVITATION TO TENDER
The Ministry of Local Government and Community Affairs invites tenders for Renovation and Construction of Bin Site at Plaisance.
SOURCE OF FINANCE: Government of Seychelles
Project Title: Renovation and Construction of Bin Site at Plaisance.
Eligibility: The following are eligible to tender on equal terms. All Contractors Class 3 Certificate only, registered and licensed to operate in Seychelles.
Subject: Renovation and Construction of Bin Site at Plaisance.
Place of Performance: Plaisance.
Performance Period: Six (6) Weeks from commencement date.
Access to tender Dossier: The tender Dossiers can be obtained at the Ministry of Local Government & Community Affairs, Oceangate House, Accounts Section, 2nd Floor Room 235 as of Monday 3rd March, 2025 at 0830Hrs to 1200Hrs and 1300Hrs to 1400Hrs against payment of a non-refundable fee of SR100/- each
Closing date for Dossier: The closing date for obtaining the tender dossier is Friday 7th March, 2025 at 1400Hrs.
Details of site visit: A mandatory site visit & informative meeting will be conducted on Tuesday 11th March, 2025 at 11:00Hrs. (Seychelles Time). The meeting place shall be at Plaisance DA’s office meeting room.
Failure to attend or being late for the Informative Meeting and the Site Visit will lead to bid being declared unresponsive during the evaluation process.
Bidders shall show proof of their Valid license & Company Registration upon purchase of the tender dossier. Potential bidders shall be allowed to inspect the tender dossier prior to purchase.
SUBMISSION OF TENDERS:
TENDERS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED “RENOVATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF BIN SITE AT PLAISANCE” AND DEPOSITED IN THE TENDER BOX LOCATED AT MINISTRY OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND COMMUNITY AFFAIRS, ACCOUNTS SECTION, OCEANGATE HOUSE, ROOM 235 BEFORE 10.30AM ON TUESDAY 18th MARCH, 2025. TENDERS WILL BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY AFTER CLOSING AT 10:30AM. BIDDERS OR THEIR REPRESENTATIVES ARE WELCOME TO ATTEND THE TENDER OPENING SESSION.
ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE DEADLINE WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED TO THE BIDDER AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED
