Job Description

• Bar set up, cleaning of bar area, Mize en Plus and Bar prep.
• Respond to guest inquiries regarding the menu, drink and wine list, order taking, upselling and recommending menu items for guests.
• Beverage service delivery in accordance with Restaurant standards.
• Professional, friendly service.

Job Requirements

• Must be able to work in a demanding environment and multitask and handle a busy Bar during service.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a busy Restaurant.
• Able to be on your feet for long periods during service and fit and healthy to assist on collecting beverage supplies from storeroom and be able to provide fast paced service.
• Experience in cocktail making and recipes.
• Shift Work required– Monday—Saturday (one day off per week– Sunday)
• Great hours and incentive packages.
• We are looking for hardworking and talented individuals to join our team.
• Reliable, good attendance and time keeping are imperative. Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
