Air Seychelles is looking for Revenue Management Analysts to perform research and analysis in order to support revenue maximization across the network.
Job Description
A summary of your responsibilities will include but not necessarily limited to the following:
- Actively review fares and inventory while taking proving decisions in close liaison with the Guest Contact Centre Team, and ensure system consistency and punctual update.
- Commercially evaluate group requests from Air Seychelles Guest Contact Centre Team from confirmation of group’s space on air Seychelles flights. Ensure Sales compliance with Revenue management policies relating to payment of group deposits and ticketing, and continually monitor group materialisation performance, and flag poor performance.
- Perform quality check of fares in the system and file fares with accuracy.
- Implement, track and report on any pricing activities that are carried out by Air Seychelles and come up with recommendations for the performance of each market for future analysis and learnings.
- Utilise a range of Revenue Management Data to perform an economic evaluation of group requests for group space on Air Seychelles’ flights and ensure turn around within 48 hours or less
- Conduct changes to the schedule, and testing to partners required to the codeshare network on an ad-hoc basis where necessary.

Our Preferred Profile
- Graduate of a post-secondary institution with at least 2 ‘A’ levels Grade C and above in Maths or Economics or Sciences. A Bachelor’s degree in Maths or Physics or Statistics or Economics or Finance will be an advantage.
- Minimum 4 years work experience.
- Planning, organizational, problem-solving and decision making skills.
- Analytical, presentation and communication skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Proactive in dealing with third parties and colleagues and is able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- A strong team player.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
- Computer literate and ability to use Microsoft Office Suite.
