The WASTEA Group is seeking a rotating supervisor who will be responsible for supervising and coordinating beach cleaning activities across assigned locations. The supervisor ensures that beaches, and surrounding facilities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and appearance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise beach cleaning teams during assigned shifts.
• Allocate daily duties and cleaning areas to employees.
• Ensure adequate staff coverage across designated beaches and areas.
• Conduct regular inspections of beaches to ensure cleanliness standards are maintained.
• Monitor and coordinate the collection and proper disposal of litter, waste, seaweed, and other debris.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
• Provide instructions, guidance, and support to cleaning staff.
• Maintain accurate daily records, including staff attendance, areas cleaned, waste collected, incidents, equipment issues, and other operational information.

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to work in Labour intensive environment – Beach Cleaning
• Microsoft word and Excel skills.
• Has class 2 and 4 driving license.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to organize and supervise a team effectively.
• Reliable, responsible, punctual, and professional.
• Physically fit and capable of walking and inspecting beach areas for extended periods.
