Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products and services.
• Identify new sales opportunities through walk-ins, outbound calls, referrals, and field visit
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
• Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
• Open to work on roster basis on weekends, including Sundays.
• Ability to use sales systems, CRM platforms, billing systems, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software efficiently.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Post secondary level of education
• Minimum of 2 years of the same field
• Fluent in Creole and English, other languages are an advantage.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Computer literacy is required
• Cashiering experience will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
