Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products and services.
- Identify new sales opportunities through walk-ins, outbound calls, referrals, and field visit
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate complex cases to the relevant department.
- Participate in promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs.
- Open to work on roster basis on weekends, including Sundays.
- Ability to use sales systems, CRM platforms, billing systems, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software efficiently.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Post secondary level of education
- Minimum of 2 years of the same field
- Fluent in Creole and English, other languages are an advantage.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Computer literacy is required
- Cashiering experience will be an added advantage
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
