Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Process walk-in sales
- Execute billing for corporate clients and track incoming payments
- Collect pre-orders, ensure stock, reinforce procedures, monitor dispatch schedules and quantities
- Direct, coordinate, and keep in mind a multitude of pre-orders, seasonal orders, scheduled deliveries
- Analyze demand, collect pre-orders and provide data for production planning
- Singlehandedly manage, coordinate and execute full order cycle for key customers
- Deliveries coordination
- Plan and coordinate orders shipment to inner islands
- Coordinate and manage deliveries, liaise with warehouse on stock inventory and with drivers on transportation
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relative experience in a similar role
- Very strong user of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, pivot tables)
- Attentive to numbers and has a flawless memory
- Has excellent work ethics
- Able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously without supervision
- Able to work under time pressure
- Has no medical conditions related to allergies and respiratory issues
Work Schedule
- Mon – Fri 7:30AM – 4:00PM
- Sat 8:00AM – 12:00PM
No Work Permit (GOP)
