Job Description

Summary of duties:

  • Town planning, conceptualizing initial product with Eden Island Development Company and its subsidiaries
  • Architectural design, input and feedback from potential client base as to needs
  • initial pricing of product, be it apartments or villas
  • Strategic planning, where to market, what platforms and media to use to sell the product
  • Providing market statistics as to where are the target markets in the world.
  • On site marketing, advertising positioning, office layouts, marketing material
  • Input into marketing material and design, logos, brochure design, folders, design of promotional items
  • Local community sponsorship, deciding with Developer which local events to sponsor and promote
  • Promoting Seychelles as a whole to further promote the individual product.
  • Making contact with potential purchasers to introduce the product, be it in the Seychelles or discuss possibilities from afar.
  • Helping the potential purchaser choose the correct property that suits their needs.
  • Assisting the purchaser through the legal documents/sales agreements and conditions that are relevant in Seychelles law
  • Correlating and collect Seychelles Government Sanction documents from purchasers, including all due diligent documents required by Seychelles Government.
  • Assisting the purchaser through any changes requested in the building process of the purchased property.
  • Liaising with the building project team/architects for any and all requests from purchasers in the building phase and after the building of the property.
  • Ensure payment of the purchase price into the Escrow Account on the required dates by purchaser.
  • Ensuring all Seychelles Government applicable fees are paid prior to registration of transfer.
  • Liaising between Eden Island Development Company and the purchaser for any and all queries during the building phase until hand over of the property.
  • Handing over the completed properties to the purchasers.
  • Checking Escrow account reconciliation.
  • Personally accountable to developers for feedback on clients.
  • Providing advice on changes in the market to the Developer.
  • Sourcing client finance if needed.Various daily administrative functions as the need arises.

Job Requirements

 

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

  • At least 15 years international property development experience with an existing database
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • 5 years proven property sales record in the Seychelles
  • Flexible working hours
