Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at Almarro Trading a provider of home décor, building materials, and cabinetry solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home improvement and interior design, along with a proven track record in sales. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their living spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including home décor items, building materials, and cabinetry solutions, to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
- Sales Strategy: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach activities to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to assess their needs, recommend suitable products, and create customized solutions that align with their vision and budget.
- Showroom Management: Assist in the organization and maintenance of the showroom, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked to enhance the customer experience.
- Quoting and Proposals: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for customers, including detailed specifications and pricing information for projects involving cabinetry and building materials.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and encourage repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products to provide valuable insights and recommendations to management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home décor, building materials, or cabinetry sectors.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles and home improvement trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and customer accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel for client meetings, as needed.
