Job Description
Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets through direct client engagement, face-to-face selling, and door-to-door sales for general services, including waste management, landscaping, cleaning, and related non-technical offerings.
The role focuses on client acquisition, relationship building, and service promotion across residential, commercial, and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door sales and field visits to promote company services and generate new leads.
- Engage with clients at all levels, from frontline personnel to management and decision-makers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors.
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and basic service proposals in line with company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of services to new clients.
- Ensure initial installation of equipment is done as per quotation and signed by client.
- Maintain accurate client records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
- Gather market intelligence through direct client interaction and field observations.
- Participate in promotional activities, tenders, and business development initiatives.
- Provide post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Perform any other relevant duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3+ years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Proven ability and willingness to conduct door-to-door sales and regular fieldwork.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work under minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel).
- Valid driving licence and ability to travel island-wide is an advantage.
