Job Description
Need a highly focused and energetic individual to work alongside the Commercial Sales Team to pursue new sales opportunities. The candidate will be the primary contact between the customer and Cable & Wireless Seychelles. The tasks of the Sales Officer involve a high level of face to face sales activity through a planned and coordinated itinerary of customer visits.
The Sales Officer will provision mobile and wireless broadband services on the CRM and ensure that all the necessary KYC are in place. He/She will be interacting with Customer Services as and when necessary.
In the interest of the Company you will help your superior to monitor and observe the performance of all products with possibility to take corrective measures in cases of slow growth and to improve usage and revenue. Advise superior on losses at Agent’s premises of any stock or POS equipment and follow procedure set up to prevent fraudulent practice. To plan an effective customer contact programme which will add value to the customer relationship. Ensure Agents & vendors are supplied regularly with products for sale and with approved discounts.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- ‘A’’ Level standard of education or equivalent
- Must have proven sales track record in a consumer sales environment – minimum of 3 years.
