Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing excellent Customer service, assisting Customers in product selection, maintaining displays,
- Process sales transactions and support to achieve Sales targets
- Ensure to train the staff on product demonstrations and Customer handling
- Support marketing/promotional campaigns at the showroom level
- Monitor market trends & provide insights into recommended Sales strategies
- Perform Customer visits, maintain visit logs & handle high priority Customers
- Monthly review non/slow moving stock levels and recommend appropriate moving plans
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Proven career exposure in showroom operation over 03-08 years of retail/Customer service, Sales, Marketing experience
- Minimum O/L Examination qualification with pass marks for Mathematics, English and French
- High school diploma or vocational/technical knowledge in appliances/automobiles are added advantages
- Only candidates aged 40 or below are encouraged to apply & will be considered
- Strong leadership, Customer service, & Sales-oriented mind-set with a passion for Customer service
- Valid Driving Licence
- Computer Literacy with knowledge of MS Office & Hand on experience in POS Systems, ERP
