Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Liaise extensively with external or internal clients on system analysis issues
- Conduct project analysis study phases and provide reports
- Feasibility study
- Existing system analysis
- Functional specification
- System design
- Quality assurance
- Present or provide proposals to clients
- Identify options for potential solutions and assess them for both technical and business suitability
- Design databases for new projects and existing projects to be re-developed
- Carry out the coding as per the technical system design and specifications, in conformity with coding standards
- Oversee integration and implementation of a new systems;
- Testing of newly designed applications in conformity with technical system design and specifications
- Implementation and maintenance of system applications on clients’ site
- Provide training to users
- Keeping up to date with technical as well as industry sector developments
- Perform any other relevant duties as assigned

Salary Band: SB5
Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Degree in a Computer Science related field/ Equivalent Industry Recognised Certification plus at least three years relevant and satisfactory experience
Or
- Equivalent Industry Recognised Certification, plus at least five years relevant and satisfactory experience
Or
- Three years of relevant and satisfactory experience as an Analyst Programmer
