We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join the Seychelles Financial Intelligence Unit in the above position.
Job Description
As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in supervising Reporting Entities to ensure adherence to AML/CFT/PF obligations, including planning and executing inspections, and providing guidance on compliance requirements. The role involves onsite inspections, desk‑based monitoring, drafting detailed compliance reports with corrective recommendations. You will review AML/CFT manuals and other documents, monitor compliance with directives and circulars, maintain robust records, and represent the organisation in local and international AML/CFT/PF engagements.
You will also supervise Compliance Officers, contribute to staff appraisals, support legislative reviews, and collaborate closely with other FIU divisions for effective implementation of AML/CFT/PF frameworks. Strong analytical, report‑writing, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with sound judgement, professionalism, and the ability to work under pressure.

Job Requirements
- The ideal candidate will hold a relevant university degree and/or AML/CFT Compliance qualifications, possess excellent communication skills, and have at least three years’ relevant experience.
