Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients and entities, including but not limited to IBCs, CSLs, Foundations, Trusts, and Limited Partnerships
- Maintain high service standards and ensure deliverables and quality of service by correctly interpreting and implementing instructions
- Monitor regulatory compliance and escalate risks to direct line.
- Prepare and submit mandatory compliance reports to the FSA.
- Respond promptly to information requests from regulatory or law enforcement bodies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
- Oversee both the Global Incorporations (GI) and Managed CSP portfolios
- Conduct due diligence in accordance with Vistra’s standards and policies
- Coordinate operational activities aiming to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
- Enforce the organisation’s compliance standards, policies and procedures
- Perform timely statutory filings with authorities
- Maintain knowledge and understanding of relevant laws and applicable principles within the sector
- Provide training to team members as needed and attend trainings and courses relevant to the position
- Prepare and submit reports to management as required
- Ensure smooth client engagement, retention and uphold customer service excellence
- Contribute to generate additional revenues, mitigate costs and ensure efficient client debtors management
- Ensure effective troubleshooting including smooth handling of client complaints
- Participate and actively engage in internally set up committees and lead ad-hoc projects or matters
- To satisfy Fit & Proper criteria as laid out by the Financial Services Authority and act as Compliance Officer for Vistra’s and Managed CSP licences in Seychelles as well as Data Protection Officer for Vistra’s licences.

Job Requirements
Key requirements
- Legal and/or Compliance, Audit, Risk or other relevant experience
- Track record of experience of best practice risk and governance frameworks, methodologies and emerging practice in Seychelles
- Meet the Fit & Proper criteria as laid out by the Financial Services Authority and the prevailing AML/CFT legislation
Technical Skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work collaboratively in team environment and build positive professional relationships
- Robust organisational, multitasking, time management and follow up skills
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity
- Systems aptitude required
- Good Level of English, both written and spoken
Desirable
- Professional Qualification in Compliance / Risk Governance
- Degree holder in Law, Business or other related disciplines
