Responsible to: HR & Admin Manager
Purpose of the post: To support the development and implementation of human resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company’s objectives, with emphasis on talent development, training, organisational capacity building, HR operations, compliance and employee engagement.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities Include
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, systems, recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning processes.
- Maintain employee records and administer contracts, confirmations, promotions, separations and HR correspondence in line with approvals.
- Develop, coordinate and evaluate training and development initiatives, including training needs assessments, induction programmes and training records.
- Support performance management cycles, including performance contracts, appraisal tracking and guidance to managers and staff.
- Support employee relations, staff welfare initiatives, staff loan administration, engagement activities and internal communication.
- Prepare HR reports, statistics and analytics, maintain HR databases and support consistent application of HR policies and SOPs.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field plus two (2) years’ relevant experience; or Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field plus three (3) years’ relevant experience; or Diploma in HR or related discipline plus five (5) years’ relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR procedures, training coordination, communication, confidentiality, HR systems, facilitation and analytical skills is required.
