Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree in Public Relation or relevant field plus five years as a Public Relation Officer/Information and Communication Officer; or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relation or relevant field plus five years as a Public Relation Officer/Information and Communication Officer
