Job Description
Job summary
The analysis, validation and reporting of Airport Operations operational data in order to support decision making and conceptual improvements. The job also involves the monitoring of the Airport Operations personnel performance on the various data-handling abilities, with the scope to achieve a deeper insight on the improvement capabilities.
Subjecting to successful completion of the training schedule, further opportunities will be present in the following specialized fields:
- Develop Business Intelligence operational dashboards, analyses and report hard resource allocation related data and trends to the management team for actions.
- Develop supporting material and perform training to raise the data driven approach to decision making.
- Convert datasets from various storage formats to standard formats for processing and archiving.
- Produce reports and analysis on internal performance of the various Airport Operations and Personnel against set KPl’s performance measures.
- Collaborate and engage with the Airport Management team and other teams across the organization to improve operational reporting.
- Assist with assessing operational efficiency and recommend improvements. – Develop predictive models and algorithms to enhance airport operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Computer Science, or any aviation related field.
- Excellent Knowledge in information management, mathematics, statistics, economics, or business information systems.
- Requires a good familiarization with SQL reporting or Microsoft business intelligence tools and all data streams.
- At least 2 years in Airport Operations data analyst work experience or in an Airport Operations environment
