Job Description
Summary of duties:
To manage and oversee the full procurement cycle of the SLTA in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for complex procurement planning, execution of high-value and strategic acquisitions, contract management, and advisory support to the Executive Management, ensuring that all procurement activities align with the Agency’s objectives.
Benefits
Remuneration will depend on Qualifications & Experience in accordance with Scheme of Service.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Master’s OR Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration.
- Fluency in English and Creole; French is an asset
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, including 2 years supervisory or strategic procurement level.
- Strong understanding of Seychelles procurement legislation and international standards.
- Familiarity with donor-funded procurement procedures is an advantage.
