Job Description
Principal duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the organization’s Risk Management Policy.
- Support the development and maintenance of the overall Enterprise Risk Management Framework for the organization and oversee its implementation and application and monitor compliance in accordance to applicable laws and standards at all times.
- Establish, communicate and facilitate use of appropriate Enterprise Risk Management methodologies, tools & techniques.
- Leads on the periodical updates to the Risk Register.
- Proactively engage the Risk owners to monitor & report the risks, build tools and drive risk informed decision making.
- Periodically review risk policies, procedures, reporting templates and framework to ensure everything is up to date and to continually improve their effectiveness.
- Coordinate with Internal Audit Section to achieve desired performance of Risk Management.
- Support implementation of appropriate reporting to the Audit & Risk Committee, the CEO and Senior Management.
- Produce timely and effective management information and analysis to help inform key business and risk decisions.
- Promote organizational risk awareness culture.
- Work with various departments enterprise wide to develop and maintain up-to-date business continuity plans.
- Implement and conduct periodic Business Impact Analysis and manage the Business Continuity Management program.
- Provide support towards the strategic planning process and corporate performance reporting

Job Requirements
Entry requirements:
- Good knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts, good practices and standards.
- Good knowledge of business continuity management.
- Good knowledge of management principles in strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Possess good analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
- Good numerical skills and ability to identify, analyses, interpret and present complex information effectively, to comment on its significance, and to develop proposals for action.
- Prior risk management training and experience (desirable).
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in a similar position
