Senior Risk Management Analyst
Job Description
Job summary
The Senior Risk Management Analyst supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity Management (BCM) frameworks. This role helps strengthen organisational resilience by ensuring that strategic, operational, financial, and safety risks are identified, assessed, managed, and reported effectively.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Enterprise Risk Management
- Support implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the ERM Policy and Framework, ensuring alignment with laws, standards, and good practice.
- Facilitate use of risk management methodologies, tools, and templates across the organisation.
- Lead periodic updates, validation, and quality assurance of the Enterprise Risk Register.
- Engage Risk Owners to monitor, report, escalate, and address key risks.
- Prepare risk reports and management information for the Audit & Risk Committee, CEO, and Senior Management, while promoting a strong risk culture.
Business Continuity Management
- Support development, implementation, and maintenance of the BCM Framework in line with operational and regulatory requirements.
- Work with departments to develop, review, and maintain business continuity plans for critical and time-sensitive airport functions.
- Coordinate Business Impact Analyses to identify critical processes, recovery priorities, and resource dependencies.
- Support crisis management, emergency response, recovery arrangements, and continuity exercises.
- Track lessons learned, corrective actions, and continuous improvement of resilience capabilities.
Strategic Planning & Performance Reporting
- Provide analytical and technical support to corporate strategic planning.
- Contribute to performance monitoring, reporting, and analysis to align risk, resilience, and organisational objectives.

Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Strategy, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in risk management, business continuity, strategy, or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of Enterprise Risk Management principles, frameworks, and good practice.
- Awareness of operational risk and resilience requirements in safety-critical or operational environments (desirable).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and reporting tools.
- Prior formal training or certification in risk management and/or business continuity (desirable).
